I just hope i can inspire someone. If just one person takes this post to heart and attends one more event than that would have that they would have blew off in the first place..this post will be totaly worth it. Ok yes everyone knows Wg is down right now and I need EVERYONE to do what they can that means... Leaders - Be active... We need you now more than ever...One little fight amoungst a few members could turn out to what decides if we get out of this slump or if this is the last of Wg... I dont care what kind of leader you are your still a higher rank and people respect you more trust me ive been there. Even though you may not be primary leader...and it may not be your job to do what ever it is that you see needs to be done...Do it any ways...When I left RS for WoW EVERY single member that posted a leaveing topic i sent them a pm..or msg on the fourms...I tried everything in my power to get them to say trust me it helps for them to know that someone cares about them that much that they will take their time to pm them. ALL MEMBERS - RECRUIT!!!! Do your best it isnt that hard to see a mildly high lvl walking around...!clan them and ask them if they wana join...
Tru tru, But You know rly know if their a nub until you get to know them thats what the intro+ trial if for tbh...And its diffrent this time because its not for war it to get out of the slump, we mass recruit for...The next generation tbh... BE ACTIVE!!! Attend every single even im sorry if its boring of if its not what you had in mind of doing on your saturaday...But honestly helping rebuild Wg isnt what i had in mind either but im doing for the clan and Abs cuz i love him =p <33 FORUMS!! TS!!! IRC!!!! Everyday when u get on Rs, PLEASE get on TS and IRC... If no1's on TS dont just log off stay around I try to always be on there... Trust me TS is a big tool if everyone uses it...The CORE of Wg is always in the TS crew and if there isnt one now there will be within one to two weeks..I PROMIS. TRY NOT TO ESCALATE FLAMES I noticed a BIG flame war on a topic yesterday...Sure its fine everynow and then to defend your self with a flame...and its fine every now and then to set someone it their place with a flame BUT now is NOT the time... WG can take it right now we need ACTIVE, HAPPY, LOYAL members. If someone says somthing you dont like right it down and TALK...Not YELL...to them about it later... So thats about it I love Wg and Ill try EVERYTHING I can to help the clan. -------------------- | ||
