     IRC Nickname: [Randy] Group: Raid Leader Posts: 5065 Member No.: 16 Joined: December 29, 2007 Total Events Attended: 499    | Ever since I have returned from my break, iv'e been reading endless posts and being flooded with comments on how WG is dieing and leaders are failing. I really am confused about all of this drama, since I left on a happy note. 11 months ago, WG today would have been a blessing. Most of you don't understand that we have literally gone from nothing to something. Something big, very big, infact we have a better and stronger community than most of you think. We refer to each other with silly nicknames and talk to each other as comfortably as we want. Realize it or not, but we are nowhere near dieing. WG is a car. The leaders provide the steering wheel, engine, and everything else it takes to build a car. The members supply the gasoline. The car we call WG will not be able to run without its members. All it takes is a smile and a positive attitude to notice a difference. So, before you tell me one more time that WG is dieing, look how far we've come, and look how far we will keep growing. If people leave, fine, be it. The loyal core will stay. Everyone needs to work out their issues, wether with people or the clan in general. Now it's time to decide, who are you? The loyal wilderness guardian who will do anything to help it grow or The complaining pest who will leave when silly arguements happen? It's time people, the new horizon is coming. --------------------   | ||||

I had it my old clan where everything I done was overlooked. Every bit of effort was never rewarded. WG is turning into that and I hated it. We get flamed, our topics get locked, and much more and it is rather off putting and makes you think the community is really bad.. --------------------    | ||||

There is no one in WG who deserves to go unthanked. By joining the clan, you are forever thanked. You think in other clans leaders come out and randomly go "Oh hey (name), thanks for being in (clan)!" Nah, but like I said, just by joining you ARE thanked. -------------------- | ||||
