I was notified whilst I was watching the Olympics by my mother that since I didn't do enough summer work, they're jacking my internet until it's done.  Thankfully, she didn't come in during Nastia's routine and bother the hell out of me, but that's not the point. So if I'm not on at all tomorrow or the next day or what have you (since I'm always on) it's because I got my Internet jacked.  She's making a silly mistake anyways. Everybody knows you need the Internet to do Summer Work because nobody actually DOES Summer Work, right? --------------------   | ||||||||

My mom did the exact same thing for me, but only did it at nights and threatened to take my laptop. I made the point that I don't need the internet to play games (GBA emulator and also my PS2), so it only affected my activity here. And then when I went to the first day of school I found out that I was 1 of the 3 people (out of the total 50) that actually read the books, 1 of the 30 that did the assignments, and also that it was due on Friday and not the Monday that I thought it was due on. --------------------      | ||||||||

As Cory said, my parents took action against me, but it wasn't my net. They took my keyboard, so I can't even turn my computer on. They also jacked my 360 Controllers/Guitars so that knocks off Guitar Hero and other games. I've been uber bored lately, but I'm still not even doing my work, lol. I've been listening to my iPod for the past 5 hours, just sitting here, and they're realizing that their attempts are futile. Vince ftw. -------------------- | ||||||||
