[If it is one specific person, please name him/her]: I've never heard of WG.  I've been a part of this clan for many years. There hasn't come a time where I've NEVER heard the name WG.3. Why do you want to join the clan? This must be pretty lengthy, and include structured points:I'm just starting to get back into the game and have been away from clans for quite some time. WG looks to need some assistance to get back on track and with the knowledge and leadership abilities that I have, I'd like to help. If nothing else, I still have alot of friends here and look to make new ones. Some of my very best friends in RS have come from this clan. 4. What is your history with other clans? [Please list them, include your rank while in the clan, Explain why you left/got banned/forced to leave. Fill out the mini-template]: Quite honestly, I don't remember. Sue me, I'm old. I know I started TR and it flourished for a while until I was left in leadership by someone I trusted to stand beside me. Ultimately, the clan failed when I couldn't devote the time to fully run a clan. I've been in and out of WG many times for various reasons whether it was my own stupidity or my temper but I've held Primary Leader, Secondary Leader and Council positions here. Was in Clan Jaguar for a spell but it was short lived. I really enjoyed my time there, don't get me wrong, but somehow I just didn't fit in. 5. Provide the link to your Introduction Topic:Unfortunately, I don't have an introduction topic, per se. I was asked to post an application. How many hours a week do you play on average?:It all depends really. I'm a father, husband, employee and friend, not to mention I'm very active in sports so sometimes I'm not on a whole lot. If I had to take a guess, I'd say maybe 30. 7. What is your current membership status, FTP or PTP?:PTP all the way 8. What type of events do you hate?:With all the new things coming out, I really couldn't tell you. All I know is that I LOATHE trawler. 9. What do you think it means to be active?Doing your part for the clan whether it's in game or on the forums. To be around if needed for wars or things of that nature. Granted, times of this earth vary and one simply can't be around for everything, but if you're online and asked to participate in a function, unless busy questing or something, you should try to be there for your clan. 10. Please tell us your personality strengths/flaws that we should be aware of:I have plenty of strengths but I also have a few flaws. My strengths are my leadership abilities and my sense of humor. I know I have more but it's late and I'm tired. My flaws are simple...I will verbally thrash anyone that wants to get into a confrontation with me. It's something I'm working on but if there are things in this world that I can't stand it's immature and idiotic people. For some reason they just rub me the wrong way and I go off. That's really my only flaw. I refuse to show respect to someone who doesn't respect themselves and others. 11. What will you bring to the WG community?:Definitely drama. Most of you know me and most of you dislike me only because you haven't had the chance to speak with me...only at me. You will find that I will do whatever I can for anyone and will be there to listen to problems and try to help whether it's in game or in real life. That's what sets me apart from alot of the others. I'm old, remember, and there's alot that I've seen and done in my life thusfar. Don't get me wrong...I'm not done learning either. I've learned quite a bit from this clan.12. Please post a screenshot of yourself in Runescape if you were just about to go to a typical full out FTP War where you are allowed to Bind & Melee only (Fist of Guthix Gear advised - If you need help with this, contact a member in #Wg_Lobby or ask your friends):  Any old schoolers here? They'll remember my official WG war gear...right Gene? lol Good times, good times.13. Please define the following terms: Tanking:Being able to thwart off attacks by gearing up for defense and eating all of your food before you get killed. Hybriding:Being able to use more than one form of combat at a time...ie, range/mage. 14. Its unfortunate but having FoG gear is an absolute requirement for everyone. I think the quickest way to do it is buy it on the grand exchange and repair it with tokens. Besides, why is it a requirement? Anyone that's REALLY old school remembers what my war outfit is and I took a screenie of it. You have to appreciate the humor involved. I'm not a big war person and I would venture out on raids and wars in nothing but the clothes on my back...daring people to attack me. It's what makes the game fun for me. Winning or losing is of no consequence, as long as I'm having fun. -------------------- | ||||
