IRC and forum flames equate to forum warnings. 20% - No other penalty 40% - No other penalty 60% - 3 day suspension 80% - 7 day suspension 100% - Expulsion to Clan Friend, not ex-member ____________ I started out enjoying leadership. Then certain shitheads started causing a skilling/fighting division. There shouldn't be a differentiation between skillers and fighters anyway. Members should be members, with different priorities. People who enjoy skilling come to support those who enjoy fighting. The opposite needs to be true, and it will be soon. People who enjoy fighting need to respect that not everybody does. And even if they don't, most try to help WG by fighting anyway. Needless to say, thanks to people being unable to put control on themselves, I am exerting control and I once again have a shitty time being leader. Thanks a lot. Try to control yourselves rather than make me control you. I pray to God, one day you'll be able to figure out right and wrong for yourselves. Certain shit heads? great way for leadership to talk about it's members. There has always been division amongst skillers and fighters, one that will remain there. This way of you being a 'Nazi' is making sure people don't speak up, things have been set in motion whether people like it or not. Atone for skillers and fighters alike. You cannot have one without the other, sooner or later you will all realize this but not before us skillers are forced out of this family. Flame me all you want but this is my opinion, if you don't like it then tough. Don't make the division between skillers and warrers. We're going to try a new attitude whereby we are all WG members merely with different interests. You are one of those people making the division and I'd appreciate if you tried to unify the two sides and see us all as one and the same. You are making assumptions that are dead wrong. Me going Nazi isn't to shut people up. Speak out, but speak out politely or be dealt with. Don't consider yourself a "skiller" and not a fighter. Segregation is making things worse. And just because I'm a leader doesn't mean I can't speak badly about people. In my books anyone that tries to create division in WG is a shithead because they are undoing our community. I'm sensing you are taking that personally because somehow you feel like you are one of those people I'm referring to.
