     IRC Nickname: Dalejamesw Group: Banned Posts: -1280 Member No.: 14 Joined: December 29, 2007 Total Events Attended: 222    | I’m officially stepping down and leaving WG, I’ve been thinking about this for a long time and I think this is the best time for me to go and new council will be here before I go and I can give them what I know. I’ve lost passion for WG, the drama and the attitude of members, respect to leaders is none existent and the Warring/Pk’ing. I basically live for Warring and Pk’ing and when we are pulling 10 people week in and week out it just doesn’t appeal to me, members saying ‘No’ when asked to come to raids and just constant bickering about Skills vs. Warring, but when a skill event is made do any of these people turn up? No. It’s all fighters. There are always too many people saying what is wrong with WG and not wanting to be the one to fix it or do their part. People are always flaming/crying/bitching and to be honest I’m really sick of it, at the end of the day I just want to play Runescape and have a laugh. Leaders/Tertiary work there arse’s off for this clan whether it be something that is something obvious which everyone in the clan can see or it be something only Council see, yet still the leaders receive shit day in day out, I actually have started disliking coming to the forums just because I know there will be one thing which is a complaint or another form of Drama. And yes Dalejamesw is finally getting bored of Runescape, you may of noticed i've been going AFK alot more on IRC and just basically not doing anything on Runescape  Now I don’t really want to make this topic all bad so I’m going to stop talking about the reasons I’m actually leaving the clan for as I believe at the current time everyone is aware of them and if you’re not, I don’t know where you’ve been. From the day I joined WG, I loved this clan the countless raids at Green drags with Cody, Jenny and the rest of the WG was the best days of my Runescape life. I’ve learnt everything I know from WG and for that I am grateful, I will always be WG at heart. Some people who have my made my WG life more memorable are Snowzak, Darkzero101, Robertw56, Jenny and alot more. I’m not going to do shoutouts, if you really want to know what I think of you then drop me a PM. I’ll always be here for those that need me. I may have not been the best Council but I always did try to do the best I could. I will carry my duties out of council for the next two weeks as normal, and hopefully I can pass on my knowledge to the next era of Council and they can make WG what it deserves because I just can’t do it anymore Dalejamesw – WG from September 07 to 8th November 08 – My Ranks in WG – Trial Guardian -> Guardian -> Higher Guardian -> Skills Leader -> Event Leader -> Council . His Lordship -You sir are a legend, you will always have my respect you work your arse off for this clan and you deserve the best, thanks for giving me the opportunity in WG. You are truly one of the nicest people I know. You have been the most consistent council member anyone could want. I know its hard to have to deal with things over and over. It leeches out the joy. You are right about the attendance things you have said. I am split I like warring immensely (THOSE GREEN DRAG TRIPS WERE AWESOME) I also like to skill. I feel sure that when the council is elected the things that bother you will ease up. It is a shame that people forget that the council is not god-like they have problems as well. Try and work out things that are problems before they result in drama. Solve some stuff yourself. I implore you to stay, but I understand if you want to leave. The heart can get so heavy at times. If you decide to go, please know I love you dearly. You were always there for me when I need encouragement and I am sorry I have let you down and not helped you out when you may have needed some. With these turnouts, we cant do shit. Any leader is as good as the people he leads. I respect you a lot since I met you. You were always one of those few members that were willing to do anything anytime. Even when we were in our slump and we were barely pulling 10 people, you came. You're one of the people that kept WG alive. When I returned from retirement, you were already a skills leader. You've always been one of our most helpful and friendly members. Theres few people that are that dedicated and are willing to help WG whenever it needs help. I gotta say, in my time here, you were probably one of the most active and loved council members. Im not gonna try to make you stay, I know this was a hard decision. I've been thinking about this for a long time myself. I hope you have fun in your new clan. Dale, you were a person that seemed to make close to everything fun when you could. You are one of the most dedicated people to WG that I have seen, and I commend you on that. You fought through all of the names that people called, the bald unit, and the anti-Dale unit, and you still showed dedication and care for the clan and members of WG. You have my utmost respect, and I thank you for all of the help and support that you have personally given me. Hopefully you stay, however, I don't know if you will. From this thread I am sure that you can see that everyone respects you, whether it was previously voiced or not.
