Here in WG, we take pride in the fact we have the best community.
It's true, we really do.
We love to joke around, which is great.
The problem is, you have to realize when the time is right.

Some things must be taken a lot more serious now.

Wars & Practices.
Wars are a team effort.
If one person messes up, it affects the whole clan.
The raid leaders can only do so much to help you understand, the rest is up to you.
If you have questions or concerns about any aspects of warring, ask.
I'm personally tired of the same people getting koed and not binding.

We're bringing it up a notch.

If the same people continue not fixing their problems, you'll get confronted.
We WILL win wars if everyone knows what do do.
Don't blame it on your stats... if they are bad, that's your fault. Train.

War practices. Go.
Even if you think you're good at warring, you're not perfect.
There's always room for improvement.
The turnouts to these are reflecting our performance in wars.

Events.
Just like Lordy said, get the **** to events.
We're not hosting events for ourselves.
You joined WG to attend events, it's in the contract.

We're not letting small little things slide anymore.
Get with it.

Best part of your speech biggrin.gif

Agree with all, activity needs to step up, NOW. Its no good if you attend 1 event a week and say Ive been to 1, thats enough. Well its not, so get off your asses and go to these events.

Yup ^^ There is ALWAYS room for improvement, even if you're super-tank bto angryhahs.gif.png

^Also if you get into below -3 on rolling event count (without posting inactivity) , you can expect to be kicked ^.

One event a week, that's all we ask.
Since we have between 15 and 20 events a week, is it really that much too ask?
Remember- Skill of the Week counts as an event (if you make the attendance exp req)- can be done in all timezones.

I agree with this. If this kicks members, then so be it. If they can't follow what is needed then they shouldn't be here.
