Mostly it involved the creation of a huge PvP dungeon underneath the Wilderness (before PK'ing was removed) which would also add white dragons and several other interesting things to the game. Anyway, this is a small part of what I had written down:
I guess Jagex liked the concept.  PS: I'm not really taking credit for it, I don't even remember if I posted it. It's just weird, lol. --------------------  | ||||
