Being a mentor is a great opportunity to get to know a Trial Guardian and help them to become a full Guardian without too much trouble. You can find out how to apply here. Make sure you meet the following criteria before you apply:
We're looking for mentors in all timezones so if you can, please do apply. It's a great way to help out your clan and make sure new members stick with us as they learn about WG. --------------------  | ||

As i feel that only event leaders should post events, members idea's should be told to the event leaders and they should be praised. But i don't think that other than 99's members should make there own events.
