This song pwns, and its true cuz I'm always tryin to make u ppl smart and stuff, and its like that. yea.  For those that are illiterate, No Quarter roughly means No Mercy. Literally it's an act in war, you declare no quarter on your enemy and thus you take no prisoners and simply kill everyone, even if they surrender.
