You see, a car is nothing but a pile of parts. If you were to hand someone a window and say "Drive me to Jimmy's house" I don't think you'd be getting very far, would you? When everyone puts their parts together, you get your car, you go faster, you get to your destination. This is how it works: The Leader - The driver -The leader, Mr Marshal himself, is here to hit the gas and the brake. He'll tell us when to go and when to stop. The driver is in control of all the functions in the car, using them in advantage to to reach the destination. The Forum Technician - The frame -Robbie supplies the frame of the car. He can constantly adjust what we look like and how we function. The frame holds the parts. The Council - The steering wheel -The Council is here to guide you where you have to go. We never go in a straight path, there is always lefts and rights on the way, but we try to keep us on the road. The Tertiaries - The engine -The Tertiaries (event leaders & raid leaders) are the engine that keeps us in motion. WG would be a very boring place without things to do. The Members - The nuts and bolts -What's the point of having all these parts without anything to keep them together? Nothing in this clan is more important than the rest. We don't have a car without every single nut and bolt in place. No one in this clan is more important than someone else. We have to work together in order to achieve. Lets put our parts together and hop on the WG-mobile, we're goin full speed ahead! --------------------   | ||

I think the wheels might be a better analogy for the members than nuts and bolts (most cars can run with a few nuts and bolts missing). Ultimately it is the wheels that make contact with the ground to move the car forward. Everything else can be set to move the car in the right direction, but without wheels you are obviously going nowhere. It is also necessary that all your wheels be properly inflated, or else car will veer one way or another, and the driver will have to do more work to get the car to stay on the road. In our analogy, this means there should be a balance in the clan, so that one group of interests does not dominate over everyone else. --------------------   | ||
