Whatever you want to call us, we're here, united, together.. but why? Is it because we have common interests? Purposes? Goals? The answers are obvious. You're here because you want WG to succeed, thrive... why else would you be here? Take a look at our member list. Eighty five people that I have no doubt would take a bullet for WG. The thing that makes WG stand out amongst other clans is our community. Weather we win wars, lose wars, get in arguments, or have parties... we are still WG. The facts aside, it's time for some opinions. You have two options, 1 or 2. Each is a different option for the same situation - Which is the better feeling? My clan is going PKing. I'm not a fan of pking, but it looks like they need me, so I go. About 30 minutes go by, and another clan attacks us. They are yelling very hateful thing at my friends... I'm not very good at tanking, and I die. 200k down the drain. This sucks. 1 - I'm not coming back. My clan should have never brought me here. They know I'm not the best pker. I refuse to fight in wars and pk because it's a waste of rune. I enjoy have that 200k in my bank, I'll go do whatever I want after this stupid thing is over. 2 - I just lost 200k. I know I can make that back in an hour or two. My clan really needs me, although I'm not the best pker, I'll still come back to help. That clan really made me angry, and I want to stick up for my clan, more importantly my friends. Before you vote, keep in mind that it's anonymous, so lying isn't necessary. The purpose of this poll is a survey to actually see how many people we can expect to return at raids, not to make someone feel guilty. --------------------   | ||

Depending on the situation in the raid, determines whether I feel like I need to return or not. Usually the only raid I can make at the moment is the Aussie raid which is around 3 AM to 4 AM for me, so if I was to die, then I would just get off and go to sleep. --------------------      | ||

I'm not the richest, but I can afford plenty of rune sets for returning. The point is, its just not exciting to me. Planned PKRI's where returning is expected, to me, is a waste. Again, not because of the money, but because of the repetitiveness, which leads to boredom. I like to die once, and its over. Anyways I'm emeritus so it shouldn't matter that much anyways. I'd gladly lose several sets if I was actually enjoying myself, but 80% of the time I'm usually bored. --------------------   | ||

Very good point. I think that should be a question asked to people who voted for 1 or just are on the borderline. What makes it a problem to return? Is it money or is it for the fun or what? If it is money, I am sure people will help them go make money. If it is fun, then it should be up to the raid leaders and warlords who make the wars, to make it where the wars/raids are more fun, whether it is a new kind of rules or just something that we do not do often. -------------------- | ||

But if I DON'T have another set (which is true half of the time), I simply cannot return, no matter how much I want to. I don't play RS that much anymore, so I don't have any money usually. I agree with option 1 ~ why are you bringing me along anyway ~ I've been pk like one time. So my experience is not there. Then I see option 2 also. I can afford to lose rune sets once in a while I have 11 or 12 ready just in case. Even though my heart is with WG on these kind of things, my brain knows that I stinky at war yet and need more practice. My fear would be causing one of the poor members to lose their rune and feel bad over it. I think Option 3 for me would be. Once I train to lvl 110 hopefully I will be alot better and learn this pk stuff.
