Everyone's active and friendly and as far as I know, they are really happy and motivated. Guys, I'm really enjoying working with you. You are all working hard but not too hard (Other hard workers like Tmal burn out fast after trying to make heaps of changes)... Randy - Your ideas have been amazing. Event of the Month, GuardianScore, your help with the anniversary, to name a FEW have really paid off. I'm very proud to have you as my second in charge, and I feel WG is in safe hands when I'm not around. I really admire your visions for this clan and you pay attention to detail. Not to mention you involve yourself in discussion whenever available. YOu are a person who consults his peers, and I like that. Glenn - You'd be the first council member who likes the cock. You have a really good eye for wars and have a really practical set of goals. You know your clan world and have given us stability. And one thing that surprised me - you are really good at reading people. That's a useful asset. You can spot problems before they start. Cheyney - Not only are you a great warlord... which I expected, but you have something that shocked me. Political leverage. You can argue a point with me and you'd be one of a FEW people who can actually talk me into things. You know how to debate and you also pay attention to detail like Randy. And of all the council members, you have the strongest sense of direction for this clan. Anat (Lacking your IRL name still after all this time) - Out of the entire council you are the best listener. You take on the feelings of the clan and you relay that into council discussion and you are always very good at telling what will go down well with the clan and what won't. And you also see to the upkeep side of WG and not just the decision-making, which is really rare. Sometimes people only recignise the council for changes they make, but I want to recognise you for looking after the day-to-day components of WG as well. To you all - you are wonderfully active and all pleasant. We disagree heaps but our differences makes our decisions well rounded, and while we debate, we don't fight. We all get along which pleases me and there's a real sense of unity. This is the best council WG has ever had. Abs, I want to include you in that statement too. While you are no longer council, I don't want to forget you. You were calm and collected and HIGHLY diplomatic. And you knew how to handle sensitive areas, and you're already being missed. Shame it took a year to happen while I was Council, but I think it was for the best. I hope you guys last a very long time, you guys should consider Council as Elias considers Leadership over WG. You should always keep it =P, then Wg would go very far. Keep it up guys, no pressure though, your natural process of thought is fine as it is. YOU'RE OFF MY CHRISTMAS CARD LIST! But really, I'm impressed with the activity of the current council. In the past there has always been at least one dead weight council member that does nothing but increase the workload for everybody else. Good job guys -------------------- Over 6 years of history and friendship, deleted over a difference in an opinion. --- Challenge any creationist to a debate. They'll run away and aggressively accuse you of "attacking" them and their "beliefs". I'm sorry, please, keep teaching our kids that they'll burn in hell if they don't believe.
