Dagannoth Hybrid Solo

Wont include how to get there as you need a bit of mage or duo hybrid experience to start with.

What your killing:(Blue Rectangles)

What they drop:
Best Drops,
Drag axe, Archer ring, Seers ring, Mud staff.
Average Drops:
Seercull, Dag Bones, Pure ess, Battle staffs, Rune Bolts, water tallys.

Rest, don't bother with.

Stats needed,
90-95+ attack, strength and defense.
80+ range
70+ pray

Money needed, A average trip with bolts etc costs about 3-400k. it does get profit though. Dag bones are 7kish ea and getting 20 of them offsets bolts and brews. you can grow your own snaps and make rests for free as well.

Set Up.

There is really only one way to go to Hybrid solo, there are some alterations you can make if you want, for example bring accumulator/range pots.

AGS or SGS
AGS has good specials for damage. Recently hit 76-76 specs. SGS when it hits are awesome you get a large amount of pray/hp back.
If you cannot afford fury use glory its really not that much worse.

Wealth vs Zerker, its a long debate but in my opinion Zerker is far better, wealth just never gives me drops and hitting +1 at supreme is well worth it.

Karils vs Dragon Hide, Karils is 920k, black drag hide is 10k? pretty much same stats, need i say more?

Diamond (e) or Ruby (e)
For me it has to be diamond, ruby hits your hp and when soloing this can waste brews, sharks and rests.

Familiar or no Familiar,
If you can take a Terror Bird/Tortoise, these help you last alot longer with the 12-18 slots it helps alot, and later on Bunyip is a great help. unicorn also works as you don't need anti poisons.

Inventory:

I find this is the best with a good mix of brew shark and rests. If you have higher range take more range pots. It sounds weird but it works=%

The "Run In"

Simple, Pot up, Brew Rest Pure Set. Mage pray, Piety and run in.

When in watch your HP, Go straight for Supreme, if hit watch your hp but you can survive it at 70-80hp. if hit brew and rest.

When Supreme is killed run North East, Piety off, def/range pray on (not protect from range)

Standing behind the Black line enables you to not get hit by Supreme when it spawns.

If Prime is maging from a far, switch to long range and stand as far back to be safe.

When Prime is dead, pot up. Brew/Rest if needed then Pure set. run in with Protect from Range, and Piety on. Spec if you have it.

And simply repeat, Speak to your mage all the time about Rex, if in doubt wait for it to spawn and be lured with prime at low hp. the worst possible event is being too slow to kill Supreme, and having Prime and Rex spawning. With this you have 50+ lobbing at you with your range pray on and Rex hitting 30s. If this happens INSTANTLY MAGE PRAY, kill supreme asap, run north with Rex on you and let the mage lure it. When it is lured run down the South side, about half way down run North and back to range spot, then range.

Making Money:
Obviously you have the Major drops, axes rings etc but another way to make cash/break even is dag bones. off a average (dry) trip i got this:

Bandos Duo - Will add more pics when i go tomo.

Non LS Bandos Duo can be very profitable. Why non ls? well when in small teams of 2 a CS world is very busy most times and alot of people crash, using non LS you hardly get crashed, I do it with good friends so drops are shared through bh (Hilt Tasset Chest) It is mainly best for 120+ combat with good attack, strength and defense. A decent prayer level is also advised.

90-95 attack, strength defense.
70+ prayer.

What GS to use;

Armadyl God Sword:
Good specials, the four 70+ hits can seriously destroy the Boss.

100-200k p/h (borrowing)

Saradomin God Sword:
Very good specials, heals and restores prayer.
50-100k p/h (borrowing)

Bandos God Sword:
Average special, uses all the special bar, stops monsters attacking you without mace/Bandos armor.
25-50k p/h (borrowing)

Zamorak God Sword:
Rubbish for Bandos. As a last resort.
40-60k p/h

Drops:
Main drops (share)
Bandos Hilt current price roughly 17m
Bandos Chest Plate current price roughly 11.5m
Bandos Tasset current price roughly 9m

Main drops (keeps)
God Sword Shard 1,2 and 3. roughly 150k each
Bandos Boots, roughly 850k

"Average" drops
Rune drops, picks longs etc.
Clues
Half keys
Addy ore
Mage logs
Coal
Nats
Super rests (3)
Food.
19-22k

Set Up:

For tanking use Dragon Hide /Karil's top, if you are not tanking use torso.

Inventory:

If using BGS you wont need a mace, if you have 68 summoning drop a shark for a Bunyip pouch. they heal 250+ hp in the time they are spawned. 8hp a minute.

To get full invent not 2 spaces for tele, get 2 Trollheim teles, 4 fire 4 law, tele to Trollheim drop 2 sharks, tele to house tele to Edge/Cath etc. get the right inventory tele back to Trollheim and pick the sharks up. Sorted=]

Getting There;

Run following the red and orange line, in the orange area pray range to avoid the troll throwers.

When in leg it north healing any damage the Saradomin monsters do.

Kill Count:

Easiest way is Goblins if the spot is taken you can do Hobgoblins they take slightly longer.

If you forgot your hammer (i've done it more than once) go and kill imps till you get a hammer drop.

After 40 Kill Count. Put your mace on (or keep BGS equipped) hit the big door and run to main door, wait for your 1 or more friends there. if you have a familiar log out.

The Charge:

Pot up, Brew->Rest->Pure Set

Tanker melee pray and piety on, Other man/men/women/what ever, range prayer and piety

When its dead mage prayer, kill Grimspike (range) Strongstack (melee) then the mage.

Go to the right places, Black Rectangle for tankers, north west corner for non tankers, shown by the orange circle

Tanker prayer on piety on, non tanker range pray piety and kill=]
