Hi, I study digital arts and entertainment and tomorrow (tuesday) I need to show my work.

So please give me some critical feedback so I can change/modify some things which are necessary!

One thing that jumps out is the little "study" area in the bottom right corner. There is a desk with a chair, but it's like it's after the cleaning supplies; mop and red bucket.

If this guy is 72, and uses a cane (leaning against kitchen counter) he's probably going to want all that stuff close together so he doesn't have to walk as much.

That area could also be an area where the guy works with metals or wood or something. In that case it's a better fit there. I would still have all the cleaning stuff in a closet or something. Possibly near the kitchen also.

Move the filing cabinet, it's between the counter and the couch? A 72 year old man is going to wiggle his way through there to get his papers? I think not.

Move the bedroom closer to everything, and make it stand out. I say think like an old person. You want the things you use everyday close to each other so it doesn't take as much effort from you to do what you want to do.

Thanks colonel, I'll see what I can change, however it's not easy to change it in photoshop tongue.gif The 72 year old guy isn't that bad in shape though. Nevertheless he uses a cane indeed.

I'm never very good with things like this, but this is what sticks out to me.

In the first picture, on the left side, the box, to the bottom left of the fishtank, looks like its casting a huge shadow (what comes off of the normal shadow). The box is small though, and I don't think it'd make such a big shadow.

Also, in general, I think that old people are a bit neater than younger people. Maybe its just that they have more free time around the house, or that they're home more often, but I'm not sure how many 72 year olds leave clothes on their beds, don't make their beds, and leave random things on the kitchen counter, table, desk, etc.

Of course, if you think these two things are completely off base, you don't have to change a thing. Overall, it looks great smile.gif
