Only for a couple of periods though, so I am very inexperienced. Anyway, so Radio: Sound energy -> Electrical Energy -> Radio waves -> Electrical Energy -> Magnetic Energy -> Sound energy Fixed Telephone Sound Energy -> Electrical Energy -> Sound Energy Fax/Modem Light energay -> Electrical energy -> Light energy Mobile phone to mobile phone Sound Energy -> Electrical Energy -> Radio waves -> Electrical Energy -> Sound energy Q1. For all energy transfer flowcharts, give a more comprehensive descripion of how they take place. Descriptions should include devices used to energytransformation eg speakers transform magnetic energy into sound energy Q2. Draw a flow chart to show the nergy transformation of tv Sound+Light Energy -> Electrical Energy -> Radio waves -> Sound+light energy. Is that ok? Q3. Describe using flowcharts how mobile phone call is trasmitted to a fixed telephone. Investigate similrities and differences between transferring energy from mobile to near fixed phone and mobile to distant fixed phone Im guessing for hte second part of this question. Its basically the same but it just communicates to a different radio tower or something similar. Thanks for helping ![]() -------------------- Avidgamers vet. |

But I will help you out. I'm going to point you in the right direction. Look at the individual components that you know are used to convert sound to an electrical signal, ie a microphone. Look to wikipedia to find out how it converts sound to an analog signal. A fax is a little trickier, I'm pretty sure it works using photo sensitive transistors to convert an image to electrical signals. -------------------- ![]() ![]() |
