      IRC Nickname: Brian|30 Group: Ex-Member Posts: 565 Member No.: 1547 Joined: December 13, 2008 Total Events Attended: 75    | In the WG IRC as well as the lobby I find no one really says hello to anyone besides a few people. When I first joined WG (not recently, years ago) one thing that really sold me on the clan was how friendly I was greeted in the IRC. We are terrificly friendly on the forums and I applaud WG for that, but on IRC it seems like we ignore anyone we don't know on a super high level (I am guilty of this myself). Lets make it a priority to greet people in IRC. It takes a half a second of your time, at least in WG. I know it can be hard in wg_lobby to pay attention but at the very least trials should feel welcome. I'm going to make an effort to say hello to anyone that joins #wg because every little welcome helps when joining a new clan or feeling like part of the community if you've been in it for awhile. If anyone wants to join me I encourage it. I was at school when I posted this so I didn't exactly have time to search through 4 pages of topics, but originally posted by Dilz/Rene.
