Idk how much it costs, but if you do absorption method it will pay for itself with herb boxes! If you use pray pots it will cost come but nothing close to chins. Also once you hit 90 mage/range you can do zulrah and then your gucci on $$

@Mojo I don't like the idea of slowing xp rates for higher levels I think it defeats the purpose of runescape and it seems socialistic imo. Like make it harder for the good guys and for the low lvs make it easier. I do like the other changes like increased xp for first 6 hrs if your behind etc and only losing 10 items. I think 10 items is much better.
