72k players, most I've seen in a long time.

Do you believe that jagex XP rates are too low and this is why everyone is capitalising on 2x XP weekend?
or
People are doing it to save cash as supplies cost only 1.5x the usual for 2x the experience.

What are your thoughts on the impact of double exp weekends

Jagex is throwing out too much free xp. It degrades what past players have achieved in the past.

If RS was constantly on 2x xp then I'm sure the player numbers would soon drop to what they were before.

There always seems to be more people online during double xp. Maybe it's because of the people not sleeping and all timezones are trying to be on at the same time or more players, can't really tell. They need to do something nonetheless to pull rs out of this slump.
