Title: Halo 4
Post by: Rachellove9 on November 04, 2012, 04:55:22 PM
I'm going a bit crazy getting all my codes for the game put in.
So far I have 150 of the double xp matches saved up for.
Anyone else finding the extreme urge to drink Mt Dew and Doritos.
I don't drink pop so I've been stealing caps from the other girls at college.
I bought Doritos for Halloween Party and to take to G-Pa's Birthday Party today.

I was a bit bummed when I realized the time change meant I have to wait an extra hour for the midnight release.

Post your xbox plans and if you will have a Halo party at your house.
I think mine will be on Friday night unless someone else hosts it this time.
The joke will be can I bring the Mt Dew or Doritos?  lol

I'm doing mine at Best Buy.
Remember to take any games you have to turn in as they are giving a 100% bonus for trade ins at the midnight release too.
So far they seem to have the best deal with a gift card for $20 when you buy the new console.
If you are only getting the game you might want to check out Toys'R'Us for a $10 card on any game over $59.99 that you buy.

My brother's getting it so we'll be co-oping.
I honestly don't care too much about exp/levels in FPS games, it's so repetitive to me.
Looking forward to it though.

Friends already have it. They got it a few days ago. Our game store sells it the minute they get it :P

That's the benefit of having a private game store close by.

Oh, and there apparently 12 people online in that game.

I've got it pre-ordered from Amazon, it will probably come a few days after the release date.

I'm getting it really early on the 6th, playing it when I get off class.
Might bring it to my friend's place and do co-op.

If I get any time, sure. I love the Halo series, except Reach anyway.

Had an alarm set to wake up 30 minutes pre-launch so I could go get it

slept through the alarm

Sitting in class right now sadly.. As soon as I get out I'm going to get it. Glad I don't have any assignments due this week!

My bro and I are 4 missions in but our schedules are super conflicting -.-

It's pretty good so far I guess. Halo stories are always nerdy and confusing but the graphics are a 10/10.

I'm so glad that everyone is speaking positively on it. My roommate and I's copies have not come in yet! We're so impatient!

Finished the campaign, 10/10. Was awesome to finally be back as the chief! Those of you that are thinking of getting it you should, it's just amazing. Next, on to multiplayer!

It's awesome, unfortunately the servers were being screwy so I only got a small sample of multiplayer in before it became unplayable.

I've played it at a friend's place. Didnt see the singleplayer but the multiplayer was fun. I like it how you need achievements to unluck gear.
But still, BO2 > Halo4

Call of Duty vs Halo is apples to oranges.....

Halo is always fun.
I laugh at the tea bags.
It is funny how different the players that come to the midnight release are.
Halo players are a bit more serious and nerdy then COD.
My bank teller met me their so I had someone to hang out with.

I went to the midnight release with my friends, the Halo players that were there were pretty chill compared to those CoD elitists.
I think it depends, though.

Just played the online. Enjoy it more than Reach, but I'm not enough CQB for me atm, a lot of long range kills and ghost splatters, no run in with AR and melee-ing atm :<

I'm not sure which is better to hear:

You are King

or

King Spree

Why does everyone leave the game after its done.  *sadface*
