Well, I normally get about 1 99 per year or so, but this years has come very early so should have time for another!

Okay, so I've stocked up about 20 or so effigies that I want rid of so I can use the Dragonkin Lamps.  I'll post the effigies I have sorted by type (Starved, Nourished, Sated, Gorged) and the skills they're for, anyone that can assist me in them is much appreciated.  Just name the time, place and world and I'll be there.

Okay, I posted this on the old forums and it got a decent response, then I kinda disappeared #

Ask a Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor anything (related to fitness/exercise/health/diet) and I will do my best to answer/help.

My credentials:

- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications (Level 2 being average fitness instructor qualifications level)
- 1 Years Experience working as a full time Personal Trainer in a gym, and outdoor/in home.
- Circuit Training, Studio Cycling(Spin), Gym Based Boxing, and Sports Nutrition certificates.

Also, I can do personalised diet/exercise plans, but unfortunately they don't come for free since they take a surprising amount of time/effort to prepare.

Sup, so on RS I've really got into PvMing recently, and my current goals reflect that by being orientated to making PvM more successful/easier.

My goals being: 96 herblore, Chaotic Weapons, 88, then 96 Summoning.

96 herblore I can get by doing PvM as often as possible since it just requires cash/time.
Summoning I will probably camp waterfiends for the charms.

Dungeoneering is where the problem lies, at the moment I'm level 51, but that's pretty much all from Tears of Guthix.  I've only just started actually Dungeoneering, and have been going solo, on Small low complexity dungeons to try and breeze through them til I unlock the higher/harder floors.  But, from what I hear, DG is much more rewarding in a team, both for exp/tokens, and the actual playing experience is better.

So what I'm getting at, is basically, from now on, if you see me online, and I'm not PvMing or at Waterfiends, chances are I'm Dungeoneering, so if you want to join in, or offer your expertise, just PM me and we'll sort something out.

If you do play with me though, take it easy if I don't know any of the lingo, or aren't as fast as you may or may not be used to.
