I deadlift 5-8 sets of 80 or 90% effort doubles once a week.

I squat twice a week, one session heavy doubles like above, the other 3-5 rep at 65-75%range.

I don't bench in strongman so it's not a big deal, my overhead is only 5kg off my bench PB lol. I'm slowly making the transition into powerlifting though so I've started benching twice a week too. Before, I literally just did it as an accessory to overhead pressing lol.

Here's the deadlift, quite recent too:

Since lost about 2-3kg bodyweight from that but still look about the same.

250kg deadlift
200kg squat

Bench isn't up to scratch!

About You and Your Account
I'm applying to the Wilderness Guardians clan

1. What is your current Runescape username, and what are your past usernames if any?
Paul Fong
Pual
ssj llama

2. Tell us about your RuneScape account and history (e.g. when you started, what your RSN means, favourite activities etc.):
Started in 2003, enjoyed ranging from the get go. Joined WG (username: ssj llama) many many years ago (At the time my main friends were killurocker (sp?) and Shark[numbers]. I remember Gene on his TS rant too lol. There was also a girl with 99 smithing that was good at musical sigs. And Philapeenor and a few others. Enough name dropping then. I enjoy big boss monster hunting and staking also.

3. Tell us about yourself (Name (if you are comfortable), gender, age, country, hobbies, music, talents, likes and dislikes):
Name is my username (original). Male. 23. UK. Powerlifter and strongman. I like any sort of music. I love cats. Dislike cat haters.

4. How did you hear about us and what makes you want to join WG or DG? Also, which of these two clans are you applying for?
I joined a loooong time ago and enjoyed my time here. Only just got back to the game a few days ago and have enjoyed it quite a bit, especially the EoC.

Your PvP Experience

5. What Multi-combat PvP Experience do you have? Be sure to mention any recent or past F2P or P2P PvP Clans you have been in.
All my PVP experience came from WG. I'm not gonna lie, I didn't do it often, but when I did, I enjoyed it. I prefer safety in numbers I guess lol. I have this pic from many moons ago when WG and DI met at the wildy gate. Friend of mine (Balgoth, also WG member at the time repping a robin when they were like 7m lol.

6. Our warring times are usually between 4PM EST/9PM GMT and 6PM EST/11PM GMT on weekends, but sometimes weekdays, can you regularly be active at these times?
Works fine for me.

7. Can you stock up on the required gear found as a sticky in the 'Join the Clan' Forums?  Your gear will be checked via trade screen when you are being invited to the CC in game.
Yup.

8. Do you understand that all PvP Events are Mandatory if you are online, and that you face removal from the clan should you blatantly skip these events?
Yup.

Your Activity and Availability

9. Do you agree to check WG Forums daily and be on IRC at all times while you are in game, and to be on Teamspeak for all Wars and Raids? (Please note, these are third party programs, but clans have been using them for years and are crucial to our success, as such they ARE a requirement.  Further details can be provided on request.)
Yup.

10. Is there anything in the near future that may impact your activity or ability to attend events?
Dissertation due in 2 weeks. Exams in 8 weeks. Other than that I'm game.
