The requirement to join PvP events are 100+ combat and 82+ mage OR 85+ range. Currently, you do not meet these requirements. But doo not feel discouraged! You can still become a Guildsman, a PvM rank within WG, until you meet the requirements to become a Guardian.

During our last PK trip, I found a guy risking quite a bit in a highrisk killing callisto. We grouped up and had a plan set up to get the guy into multi and kill him for that sweet loot. Few minutes later, when we try to lure him, we end up not finding him. Why did he leave, you may ask?

But everyone doesn't realise that. So many people in WG think tanking/warring/piling/calling-practice would be useless and don't take it seriously at all. It would be great if everyone actually wanted to improve.

True but the problem with it is if all the officials are dead for instance, or people with talk power, you have to take the time to unmute the rank etc.

You can have officials + high/elite guardians with talk power. If all those are dead, the fight is over and the rest should bail anyways.
