I'm curious....

Throughout my time watching tv there have been a bunch of shows I've watching from their pilot (very first) episodes to their finales. Which series have to been so addicted to that you never missed a single episode, and if you weren't able to see them when they originally aired you still found a way to see them later on?

About you and your account

1. What is your current Runescape username, and what are your past usernames if any?
Main is Taraka. Other is RSC_Taraka

2. Tell us about your RuneScape account and history (e.g. when you started, what your RSN means, favourite activities etc.):

I started playing in 2001 with RSC_Taraka then someone told me I was training it badly so made my main: Taraka. I recently started to get my original account much higher and better. I'm applying to the Silent Guardians clan after being an active longtime member and officer of the Tal Shiar Alliance, formerly run by Nightshade aka TS_Stormrage. I took some time away from RS because my money needed to go away from membership payments but recently came back after an old RS friend bought me a month subscription, which I have since extended and will continue to do again. I have a few goals currently including 2k total levels, 99 Def, 99 fishing, 99 Slayer, and completing whatever quests I have missed.

My RSN, Taraka, has a double meaning. I found it in an old Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode when one of her arch villains hired a group of bounty hunters called the Order of Taraka to kill her. I later found out that Taraka was a female demon in the Hindu legends. My favorite activities are Fishing, Slaying, and Questing.

3. Tell us about yourself (Name (if you are comfortable), gender, age, country, hobbies, music, talents, likes and dislikes):

I'm a 35 year old photojournalist in New York. Was born in Berlin, Germany though as a US military brat. I currently work for a newspaper in NY and co-own a magazine (see forum profile for magazine link). I also work with various colleges for sport information and sports photography. In addition to the sports photography I like practically every other genre as well for shoots.

4. How did you hear about us and what makes you want to join SG?
Nightshade poked me with a Dragon battleaxe until I decided to join. I also miss the community and friendships I had with Tal Shiar Alliance and fun that could be had with a group of like-minded gamers.


5. What are your current Combat, Total and Dungeoneering levels?
Combat: 198, Total: 1981, Dungeoneering: 50

Your PvM, Dungeoneering and Minigame Experience

6. What PvM and Minigame experience do you have? Were you involved in any Clans that did this in the past?
Soooo many minigames exist now so I can't really go through all of them but I have always loved Trawler. I have experience in Pest Control, Stealing Creation, Fight Pit, Soul Wars, Barrows, and a bunch of others from my time in Tal Shiar Alliance. I have never tried Dungeoneering (thankyou Tears of Guthix!) and I've never been a fan of Boss fighting.

7. Our event times vary depending on the situation. Can you do your best to make events?
Depending on the event sure. My schedule varies from week to week as well.

Your Activity and Availability

8. Do you agree to check Forums daily and be on IRC at all times while you are in game, and to be on Teamspeak for all Events (Please note, these are third party programs, but clans have been using them for years and are crucial to our success, as such they ARE a requirement.  Further details can be provided on request.)

If I'm able to type my communications through it then fine but I can't use the audio abilities of it at my house. I'm on IRC every day so no problem there.

9. Is there anything in the near future that may impact your activity or ability to attend events?
I may be hired for a weekend seasonal job soon so that will affect my ability to be around for weekend events but nothing else really. I still come home and sit online until 2-3am at least every day...unless truly exhausted.
