About my RuneScape Account and History: I started playing sometime around 2005. Since then, I've been on and off with different accounts. My RSN currently reflects what I need to do on RuneScape, max. This will be the second time. I quite enjoy RuneScape, and although I haven't always had time for it, I certainly devote quite a bit of time when I can.
My past/current clans/teams are: My only official clan I have been in was WG, it was a good run, but school took over my time and I was unable to allocate a reasonable amount of time to clanning. However, my schedule is now free, and as such, I have returned. That being said, I like skilling quite a bit more, so I figured I should apply for SG.
About me: I'm a 17 year old computer science undergraduate student (soon to be 18) living in Florida, US. I was born in Canada and moved here around when I was 10-11. I quite like programming, and it is something I've always been quite interested in. I work on the development team of the RSBuddy client (Some of you may recognise the name, it's now quite similar to Swiftkit and has quite a few users ^_^)

I heard about SG through: Invited by a friend/current member
I want to join because: WG 4 Lyfe. No seriously, I have quite a few good mates in this clan and my only reason for leaving was time constraints. I'd love to return.

Regarding TeamSpeak 3, I have: Installed

Regarding future events which may impact my activity: None at all, University isn't starting for a long while and my time is already quite free

TL;DR, We're capable of playing near flawless music now. We're looking for songs to put on a pre-war pump up music playlist.

About You and Your Account

1. What is your current Runescape username, and what are your past usernames if any?
My current RSN is Onwards. Previously I have used the name Saww. The name 5ari was a rather battle with a hacker which I have finally rid my account of (Which I believe is what Scape displays the previous name of).

2. Tell us about your RuneScape account and history (e.g. when you started, what your RSN means, favourite activities etc.):
I began playing RuneScape back in 2005. I joined once a few of my friends in school suggested I play it. My memories of cow killing and leather making were short lived however, as I quit after barely playing in late 2006. I moved onto other games, but once I heard about the "Return of Free Trade" I decided to join again, on a new account. A year and some months later I have fully returned to the game, at practically 2.1K total and 150M+ XP. During some time of this year and then some, I played with my girlfriend. Once I quit, she continued to play on the account. However, I recovered the account back from her and luckily had it returned to me in its original condition.

My IGN represents something I believe one must never lose sight of, moving "Onwards". Life is dynamic, constantly forcing you to adapt and change. When one stops changing, they stop living.

My favorite activity within game is simply playing. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter how much GP I made, or how much XP I gained, what really matters is the memories I had and the friends I met.

3. Tell us about yourself (Name (if you are comfortable), gender, age, country, hobbies, music, talents, likes and dislikes):

My name is Jon, I'm 17 and currently living in the US. I enjoy most music, and love programming and gaming. I'm fluent in most web languages and I generally code in Java or C++.


4. How did you hear about us and what makes you want to join WG or DG? Also, which of these two clans are you applying for?
I remember once I got back into Runescape I saw a bunch of YouTube videos highlighting the interesting parts of RuneFest. I recognized the name and figured I should look into WG, but never really considered it. Once I really got back into the grind of things, I figured I should join a clan. WG was not only the first I looked into, but it was the most promising. And thus I am here today.

You must have 110+ Free-To-Play Combat when applying for WG.
You must have 70+ Range when applying for WG.

I have maxed combat excluding summoning.

Your PvP Experience

5. What Multi-combat PvP Experience do you have? Be sure to mention any recent or past F2P or P2P PvP Clans you have been in.
Back in 05 I used to PK in rune + green d'hide in F2P with most of my friends. I haven't pked that often recently (Simply due to the EoC quickly approaching). I originally had a pure in FOE, but I was booted due to getting defense (The allure of a main was simply too hard to counter).

6. Our warring times are usually between 3PM EST/8PM GMT and 5PM EST/10PM GMT on weekends, but sometimes weekdays, can you regularly be active at these times?

Other than the week mentioned below, yes I can.

7. Can you stock up on 10 sets of Full Rune as well as an equal amount of F2P Mage and Range sets? This only applies to applicants of WG.  Your gear will be checked via trade screen when you are being invited to the CC in game. - Please note a comprehensive list of the required items is posted as a sticky in the 'Join the Clan' Forums



8. Do you understand that all PvP Events are Mandatory if you are online, and that you face removal from the clan should you blatantly skip these events?

9. Do you agree to check WG Forums daily and be on IRC at all times while you are in game, and to be on Teamspeak for all Wars and Raids? In mid July I am going to Canada for 10 days, and as such I will not have internet access.
