Riot, the company that owns League of Legends, gives out the Triumphant Ryze skin to the top 4 teams of any officially sanctioned event. The requirements of the event is a minimum of 8 teams, and a minimum of 3 players per team (assuming that the tournament is played on twisted treeline) for a total of 24 players. The host of the event, and any other official or referee, is not allowed to participate. There must be a prize offered of our own, for riot to contribute (this could be a form of rsgp with an event point?). We must have a site set to advertise, even if it's a simple as facebook, and the host of the event has the right to deny entry, keeping this exclusive to WG. We would need to set up a bracket and rules, similar to this:

If anyone would be interested in participating, I would appreciate it if you would leave a response to this thread before we get set up. It would be great if you played on the NA server, but if you wish to participate on a level 1, without runes and masteries, I'm sure we could arrange it.

Unfortunately, no. That is why, after speaking with Emeris6, we decited it would be best if we got a host, who does not play League of Legends.
