Stay away those trigger smoking areas as much as possible.
You can do this.
You have done 5 days already just take it one day at a time.
No one gets to end goals without following through on the steps to get there.
You are on your way to success already.

For a hobby I paint for fun and I sew/design clothes.

I've sewn a purple tuxedo and prom dresses.
Lately a few of my friends got me to do like bridal things.
I've made veils for some of them doing the floral stuff.

I can knit, weave, crochet, quilt or most any textile art.

I have taken classes for fun in most of this and painting.
I only do it for fun and never think about it as a  career choice for me.
I have sold a few things but mostly just give as gifts.

Most money I made was from a bridal veil I made.
I paid about $10 for supplies and sold it for $90.

I like film photography and help out sometimes a friend that has a studio.

I like the art and being that in summer you will wear short sleeves it may lighten.
You can stop that some by certain lotions.
I don't see a problem with the design in most professional settings either.
I'm not allowed to have any tattoos showing in one of my jobs when I go into the public school settings.
(I don't have any.)

July 16, 2013, 02:31:57 AM
Today is my birthday and I had a nice day.

I got a nice surprise from my dad.
He took me to a bike shop and bought me a bike.
It's a hybrid Giant and pretty nice.

Real Life Discussion / Re: You Most Memorable Trip
July 14, 2013, 03:51:38 AM
I volunteered for a trip with lil kids to go to Gettysburg as a chaperone and driver.
I had a great time with the kids.
We got locked in a national cemetery and it got dark on us.
Before I could say no, two of the guys picked me up and put me over a 5 foot fence made of stones.
They all laughed so hard seeing me totally off guard.
We camped out right next to the graves and went on ghost hunting walks every night.
I saw two double rainbows at the same time, and I took it as a sign that I should volunteer again.

Wendy's for the strawberry chicken salad with pecans.
I love that they got vanilla frosties now.
I like their unsweetened strawberry tea that has lil bit of strawberries in it.
Their new coffee has a better roasted flavor but still could improve.

Don't flame them back.

Remember WG gives many chances to have a change of heart.
We don't give up on the good in people.
Honor has to sometimes come from experiences that weren't to honorable.

Think of it this way, it's easy to love someone who is always good.

To Chris

We spend time with you everyday and know the man you have become.

Good luck to you.

To Wizard:

He didn't secure the leash or find anyone to watch his dog or put the windows up high enough to secure him.
Having a leash on a dog and it not being held by a person or secured is the same as not having anything at all.
If I were on the legal team, I'd look for every single case and loop hole to put that owner away for as long as I could.
He should never be allowed to own another pet or be left to care for one either or work anywhere near animals or even have them at his resident address.
He should not have any right to endanger another pet ever.

I have four pets that are like my children to me and I'm very protective of them.
I take having pets as a serious responsibly and obviously this guy didn't.
Now he likely just wants to sue for cash.
He'll be on the Dr. Phil show sometime soon showing pictures of him with his loving pet.
Trying to get all of America to feel sorry for him when he was at fault.

My head hurts.

Unbelievable you take the owner's side to this.
I'd of been scared of the dog myself in that situation.
Knowing the breeds capability would of added to the situation.
Extremely sad situation and the owner should be charged for endanger the dog as well.
He just left the dog in the car to die from heat or no water or whatever.
I feel extremely mad and almost hostile towards the dog owner over this.
That dog was unfortunate enough to have such a horrible owner to not consider him at all.
I'd never treat my animals like that.

The video in court will show a dog with potential aggression and the police man will likely not get punished for it.
Dog laws in my state are very clear about restraint.
Dog was not restrained properly and that falls on the owner with huge fines and possible jail time.

I'm pretty healthy eater and always aware of diet before I do exercise.

I usually have a protein drink and one scrambled egg if I'll be exercising within two hours of breakfast.
I tried it with no food and found myself like spinning head and almost faint.

Real Life Discussion / Re: Quit Smoking?
July 03, 2013, 09:31:50 PM
I haven't smoked but I have have helped a friend quit.
They smoked about 2 packs a day and so skinny.
No worry about weight gain just so you know in about 4 to 6 months you will return to whatever weight you are currently.

I held the cigs and only gave so many a day til went to only 1 every other day.
However the rules was no smoking in the same places as before.
So they couldn't smoke anywhere they had in the past.
Making it more of actually smoking and not a social thing or habit of what the situation was.

Smoking can be for so many reasons not having anything to do with the cigs.
Figure out where and why and what triggers you lighting up.

It takes 6 months for your lungs to be like 90 percent cleared.
You can have the same chances of cancer and other negative things in 2 years as someone who has never smoked.
You will enjoy the heath benefits for the rest of your life.

Good luck and keep trying.

I was looking for you in spandex.  <3

Looks like your going to be running a good bit.
I'd like to hear about the day before meals and the morning of meals.

I know most runners avoid milk the hours prior to their running.
Can you give a few sample meals and times ahead of the run?
If you don't watch diet, I'll be completely surprised.  lol
