I guess i'll start a thread. Who here is a gym rat? What type of split do you do, full body, or otherwise?

I started working out about a year ago and did SL5x5 for about 4 months moving to ICF 5x5  / 3x5 in February and just recently moved onto an intermediate PPL program. Here's the breakdown:

Pull - Push - Legs - Push -  Pull

Monday - Pull (Back and Bis)

Tbar Row - 3x5
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown 3x8
Cable Seated Row 3x8
Pulls ups 3xF
Hyper Extensions 3x10
Dumbbell Bicep curl 3x8
Dumbbell incline Hammer Curl 3x8
Ez Bar Curl 3x8
Hanging leg raises 3x8

Tuesday - Push (Chest and Shoulders)

Barbell Benchpress 3x5
Overhead Press 3x5
Dumbbell incline benchpress 3x8
Side to front lateral raises 3x8
Tricep Cable bar  pushdowns 3x10

Wednesday - Legs (Quads, Arms)

Barbell Squat 3x5
Leg Press 3x8
Hack Squat 3x8
Dumbbell Bicep curl 3x8
Dumbbell incline Hammer Curl 3x8
Ez Bar Curl 3x8

Thursday - Push (Chest and Shoulders)

Barbell Benchpress 3x5
Arnold Press 3x8
Dumbbell incline benchpress 3x8
Side to front lateral raises 3x8
Tricep Extensions 3x10

Friday - Pull (Back and Bis)

Dumbell Row 3x5
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown 3x8
Cable Seated Row 3x8
Chin Ups 3xF
Hyper Extensions 3x10
Dumbbell Bicep curl 3x8
Dumbbell incline Hammer Curl 3x8
Ez Bar Curl 3x8

I've been doing the 5 day for a week or so now, and it's pretty heavy on volume, but i'm enjoying it, and hopefully will see good results. Please share your setups / cycles, etc.

About my RuneScape Account and History: Started sometime in 2001 or 2002, pretty much played exclusively in WG from 2004 onwards, with a brief time in TR /TSG. Quit around 2006/2007.

My past clans/teams and any current teams: WG was first and formost. Left during the split with Airmech/Oracle/Rick Hamm to form TR and returned shortly after? Spent time in skilling clan The slayer guild with Axe Man Jack.

About me: Male - 25 - Canada

Videogames, working out, cooking etc. Currently working in IT, lived in Ottawa, and Toronto while consulting for government. 100 words is a lot man, I don't know what else to put. I recently discovered what greatness pb&j is, how did I not know about this? So good man.

I heard about WG through: Runevillage posting. Yeah, runevillage.
I want to join because: What can i say, when I think runescape, I think WG. It's all I've ever really known.

Regarding the IRC, I am: Registered (mIRC or other client user)

Regarding future events which may impact my activity: I work in a high demand field - availability is spare at best - hence skipping the PvP portion. Here mostly for social aspect.

When someone asked me if i wanted all their stuff, they were quitting. They told me to bank all my stuff and follow them. Of course that set off about a billion NOPES, and i ignored them.

What were they planning on doing to me? i'm assuming this was some sort of scam.

Doing everything they can too.

I was at work today when i got a call from someone who said that they were talking to me on facebook, but knew it wasn't me. Lo and behold someone had managed to get in and was talking to certain people looking for details about my runescape / email accounts. They were requesting help from people to answer my "secret questions" and whatnot to gain access to my email, which would hopefully allow them to enter my runescape account. I managed to thwart this and reset many of my passwords and whatnot.

Anyone know anything about this?
