Havnt been able to talk to anyone about this, has RS servers crashed again?

hasnt crashed for me today but the new update looks sick cant wait till july 26th

Had a bit of trouble later on. Might have been just me though? Couldn't get past the lobby.

People were going mad on another forum im on o.O i cant remember how it happend thou, or why it did but yeh i know people who where raging because of it:(
