Title: Dominion tower question

in dominion tower if i get 500 boss kills and the other stuff that i need for the gloves would i have to get 500 kills 3 times to get all the gloves or do i just need the 500 to get all 3 gloves

Just need 500 total kills + each of the required bosses for each of the gloves.  Don't need 1500 total boss kills.

Been tempted to do this, but fuck doing Nomad just for gloves.

What are the other boss requirements?
