2. Tell us about your RuneScape account and history (e.g. when you started, what your RSN means, favourite activities etc.):
I've been playing runescape since... about 2004, if i remember correctly, when I was introduced to it by some friend of mine.. I never really played seriously until about 2008, and even then only became any good at rs in about 2011... I've been in a number of clans... DGS/EOE/TSA being the main three... Yes, I was in TSA way back when, and was an annoying little (bleep) back then, as I'm sure many members can contest to! However, I've evolved a lot since my 14-15 year old days.. Since leaving TSA when it died, I've been in a serious dungoneeering clan (Dgs), and a more casual clan (eoe), and have worked my way through various elements of rs.. A LOT of Pvm, some fun and minigames, a fair bit of dungeoneering and a smidgeon of pvp.
3. Tell us about yourself (Name (if you are comfortable), gender, age, country, hobbies, music, talents, likes and dislikes):
I'm called Bristol (yes really), am an 18 year old male.... I live in Canada, land of the majestic moose and maple syrup (Gmt-8 there i live) My hobbies are casual gaming (rs, another game or two), fishing, reading a nice book... I'm not sure what else frankly. I like most forms of music, however, at the moment i'm especially into Symphonic rock music (Nightwish/Two steps from hell/Globus). However, I do also appreciate a bit of metal, and more casual music... (Beirut, the national, to name a few) And last of all, I don't mind saying I do like a bit of classical music, when I am in the right mood. I've got a few talents, nothing major, but I write pretty well, and have basic skills all round in most things I'm a very patient person, and it takes a lot to piss me off, however when i do get pissed I vent my full fury!... One thing I specialize in and am hated for in my current clan is my horrific puns. Be very afraid.
4. How did you hear about us and what makes you want to join SG?
Back in (december/november?) Nightshade(ts stormrage if you prefer) Pm'd me about a new clan he was forming... I remember the wilderness guardians from my old TSA days, and I so I said I'de be willing to pitch in and try the new clan NS was suggesting out. I want to join SG for a nice community, some fun, and a chance to pass on my skills at dungeoneering/pvm.
Your PvM, Dungeoneering and Minigame Experience
As noted, I'ver had a huge amount of Experience at both PvM and dungeoneering, having spent hundreds if not thousands of hours at dks/Nex/kk (the latter two more recently). I'm by no means amazing at dg, but i could myself as pretty competant, and i've got 116 dungeoneering. I've had a fair bit of experience in most/all minigames, having been round the block more than once!
5. What are your current Combat, Total and Dungeoneering levels?
138.38 Combat (i refuse to accept this 200 bs) with maxed melee, save prayer, in which I am 98. My total was 2402 last i looked, but might've changed, as I haven't payed any attention to it and haven't skilled in a while. As noted above, I'm 116 dungeoneering, and have had a hex bound since 95 dg.. I've also got saggy top/primal pl8/Primal 2h as my main bindset.
6. What PvM and Minigame experience do you have? Were you involved in any Clans that did this in the past?
I've spent time at every boss, and count myself very skilled at Dks(or I was pre eoc... before the death of waterbirth) and was a rank in burstinglobs for years... Until a nice bit of corruption forced all the active ranks out, but we won't go there right now... I've spent a lot of time at nex and kalphite king since eoc, and I really enjoy killing them with competent teams :)
As for minigames, I've done them all, with the exception of 1-2... I know my way around them all, like them or not....
7. Our event times vary depending on the situation. Can you do your best to make events?
Yes, I can and I will.
Your Activity and Availability
I'm on pretty much every day, and should be active/around a lot.
8. Do you agree to check Forums daily and be on IRC at all times while you are in game, and to be on Teamspeak for all Events (Please note, these are third party programs, but clans have been using them for years and are crucial to our success, as such they ARE a requirement. Further details can be provided on request.)
While I much prefer skype over teamspeak, I'm more than willing to get TS again, and don't mind using it. Yep to IRC and forums useage also! (Though i prefer skype over TS/Irc because it combines both features!)
9. Is there anything in the near future that may impact your activity or ability to attend events?
School, and the gods of the internet, who are cruel to me. I spend most of my time at my moms, where i have the worlds crappiest internet (beleive me, i've yet to meet anyone with worse). However, most weekends I've got access to decent internet.
