Seems silly to me, can they get away with that though?  Hope this doesn't hurt Minecraft development but I doubt it.

I don't understand that shit... There is no way that would hold up in court.. They're most likely just bluffing.

It might be a way to try to intimidate them or something, I can't see how you can trade mark one word either lol.
