Post what you  can cook/bake.

This one is called Dakdoritang. It's just chicken with onion, potatoes and carrots all cooked in hot spicy sweet broth.

Like 10, I could PROBABLY handle meat if i tried hard but I'm basically at the rice and easier level - sandwiches for life. Although I did make Pad Thai once, it was bomb but it was way over my head

I cook loads, but don''t have any pics i'm afraid.
Your stuff looks really good Jean!

My dad was a UK masterchef, from the tv show, so i've learnt a lot of what I know from him.

I'd give myself a 80-ish. Don't have any pics but here's what I've done already:

Integral rice
White rice
Pea soup
Black beans
Shitloads of cakes
Potato bread
Normal bread
Tofu (made from soy beans)
I don't know this one's name in english: Empadao de frango (eggs, butter and flour paste on the bottom of a tray, then chicken filling, then more paste to cover it, then baked)
Peanut candy
Pizza (yes, I made everything, from the base to the baking)
Scrambled eggs
Etc...

I love to cook.  Been cooking since I was very young and basically threw my mom out of the kitchen when I was 12.  lol

I'm writing my own cook book and hope to someday publish it.
