Arguably one of the top teams at this point, everyone should watch this video to take in pointers.
A couple area I want you to look at is their spearing, spamming, and style switching. Honestly at this point in the game those could be 3 of the most important factors to a fight.

I have my client set up to highlight sharks, brews, restores. It really helps when fighting clans when i'm running low

If you're using OSBuddy and hold CTRL you can select/deselect items to show up when you have feature toggled on.

But everyone doesn't realise that. So many people in WG think tanking/warring/piling/calling-practice would be useless and don't take it seriously at all. It would be great if everyone actually wanted to improve.
It wouldn't hurt for someone to host some sort of training. I used to run a couple training sessions when I was a Pk leader years ago
Damn I didn't know 420 pkers were still active. But I'd have to disagree with you when you say that 420 pkers and CT are top 3 clans in OSRS.
