Whilst on my runescape farming adventures i came to a realization.
If trolls are named after the first thing they try to eat:

RS3 has a baby troll pet that is renamed when you feed it an item. I've seen Santa Hats, there's probably partyhat trolls around too

well kcross when you kill things in runescape you get xp and the more xp you have the higher your combat level gets
i fed mine a cat but it ran away
