It's 5x XP for the most part, starts at 10 but quickly scales down. It's PvP (almost) everywhere. Luckily sophanem is one of the safe zones.

I doubt it!
Stats will be transfered, not sure if 100% of stats or just part of them, to the tournament. You can use your thieving there to make cash for brews n shit and just pull a woox and sit in some random corner and drink brews for a few hours.

I'm fairly sure Jagex backed out of that stance sadly.
