he was probs first when they decided winners/sent out invites/tickets/etc.  I know suomi waited a while at 2594 before maxing.

yeh probably, but even then, Jagex know that suomi is just fucking around and is the real number 1 in terms of xp and levels. They just didn't want to give it to him.
