had two really good friends of mine die the same week from overdose on heroin+fentanyl  about 2 weeks ago. Just another reason I hate drugs. Used to have a problem with them myself I just wish some people would come to like I had.

For the weight, a solid diet would do the trick. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than your body takes in. Crash diets work but they're only temporary weight loss. It's been a while since I've gone on a diet so I can't give you any solid plans but look into stuff like what I said. As for the caffeine, try finding something else to drink such as gatorade, sports drinks, even water. You can get the low calorie sports drinks as well which would go hand in hand with your diet plan. It all just comes down to you and how much effort you put in though. Good luck bud.
