Those aren't ridiculous stats, but they're good, why would he bother faking them? Nice! I never get honored, no one bothers anymore

Gaming / Post your Setup/Computer
February 11, 2013, 06:41:36 PM
I'm a big fan of computers and I'm always really interested in what others are using to play their games and do whatever on! So in this thread I think it would be interesting if everyone posted their PC specs (those that they know, don't sweat it) and any pics if they like their desk setup and such.

I'll go first  ^.^

Specs:
-3.9ghz Intel i7 3770k overclocked to 4.5ghz watercooled
-8gb of RAM overclocked to 2133mhz with 11-11-11-24 timings
-Two Nvidia GTX 560's SLI'd and overclocked
-Asus Maximus V Formula motherboard with watercooled northbridge
-500gb HD and 40gb SATA running OS
-3x120mm radiator with 6 120mm fans running in push pull
-23in monitor
-1000w power supply

I'm an enthusiast pc gamer and overclocker  ;)

Hey Mac, I was going to try fencing out at my university. Any tips on where to start out?
Yeh sure! Start out with foil as it is the easiest and most useful weapon to start out with. Do a couple months of it, and if you like it, stick with it, otherwise try out the other two weapons if your university offers them.

About You and Your Account
I'm applying to the Wilderness Guardians clan

1. What is your current Runescape username, and what are your past usernames if any?
Current: Pklord 666
Past: Ace Reborned
Past: Eli 05

2. Tell us about your RuneScape account and history (e.g. when you started, what your RSN means, favourite activities etc.):
I started playing in 2005 on my first account Macthefencer. Got this account to about 83 combat when I realized that I wanted to PK and thus I made a pking account in about 2005. His name was Eli 05. This is my current account today now known as Pklord 666. I've quit several times since I made that account. I joined the clan TSL, can't remember when, and met a few members that are in WG today. This clan fell apart and I joined Neon, but soon left as I was not a fan of the way it was run. I decided to start my own clan, TDS or The Dark Syndicates. I started this clan with Hog. I quickly took the lead as Hog eventually became less active and for awhile I had a very successful clan that was constantly growing. We used an IPBFree forum and when IPBFree crash we managed to quickly gather donations and create our own MyBB site which I took charge of along with a new coleader. We quickly made a great new forum and proceeded to be very strong from then on out. Eventually my coleader left and due to school I could no longer lead how I wanted to. The clan fell apart, but ended up being revived 2 more times later as the members we had really valued our community and the close bonds we shared. TDS V3 died around September. I quit from September until now where I have started my account back up merchanting. I enjoy getting money (H)

3. Tell us about yourself (Name (if you are comfortable), gender, age, country, hobbies, music, talents, likes and dislikes):
My name is Mac, I am 16 (started my own clan at 13 and maturely lead it), male, USA, I enjoy fencing as a sport, playing video games, graphic design (planning to go to college for) and hanging out with friends. I'm good at understanding how people work. I like to rise to the top and help others along the way, in both school and online. Music I like a lot of new and upcoming rap such as Kendrick Lamar, A$ap Rocky (I've seen him live), Pro Era, as well as indie acts like The XX or Beach House.

4. How did you hear about us and what makes you want to join WG or DG? Also, which of these two clans are you applying for?
I heard about WG from Hog on the old TDS forums. I am applying for WG.

Your PvP Experience

5. What Multi-combat PvP Experience do you have? Be sure to mention any recent or past F2P or P2P PvP Clans you have been in.
I was in TSL and TDS that were both fairly active F2P warring clans. I'm decent at F2P warring but I'm more of a P2P PvP guy and used to be good at hybriding before EoC.

6. Our warring times are usually between 4PM EST/9PM GMT and 6PM EST/11PM GMT on weekends, but sometimes weekdays, can you regularly be active at these times?
Yes unless I have work, I work part time at a candy store!

7. Can you stock up on the required gear found as a sticky in the 'Join the Clan' Forums?  Your gear will be checked via trade screen when you are being invited to the CC in game.
Yes, I will get on that.

8. Do you understand that all PvP Events are Mandatory if you are online, and that you face removal from the clan should you blatantly skip these events?
Yes

Your Activity and Availability

9. Do you agree to check WG Forums daily and be on IRC at all times while you are in game, and to be on Teamspeak for all Wars and Raids? (Please note, these are third party programs, but clans have been using them for years and are crucial to our success, as such they ARE a requirement.  Further details can be provided on request.)
Yes

10. Is there anything in the near future that may impact your activity or ability to attend events?
School, work, life  ^.^
