Finally! I've accomplished the 99 magic feat!
That Mage book in my inventory was given to Twizler for free. When I was hacked I was ready to quit RS, then he hooked me up with 1.5m to get me back on my feet. 7 days later I now have 21m and 99 Magic. Thank You Twiz!
