Not really a health or fitness freak but recently I've switched to zero calorie drinks that still have caffeine. Might help a bit with losing weight combined with the better advice posted above.

Worth pointing out that in WG we try to be inclusive of all WG members. We can't stop you from forming a max gear team of friends but when it comes to official WG events we need to allow people with lesser but correct gear to attend. e.g. BGS instead of DWH

Good guide but I prefer slayer

this guide is from level 3 to 100. I doubt you were slaying from level 3!
It is perhaps worth adding it to the 85+ section though.
