welp this is over, since i decided to give away my bank.

It's actually an iPhone app called "PushUps PRO" by Runtastic. It reminds you to do the workouts and counts your pushups as you do them, pretty cool. Pushups are the only thing you do in the program. Each day you have a set amount you do, in various sets. Eventually, you are doing 100 of them in one set. They have similar apps for situps, pullsups, ect.

Make extreme sets, or you'll only have to make them when you want to make overloads anyway...

No longer just a summer job, it's a job to live on through school.
I work ~50 hours a week landscaping and working on a golf course this summer, and then during the school year I have 2 jobs (only totaling 20 hours/week). So yeah, used to it - I wake up at 5am every day and get to work!
