Still the most effective way to train melee I think. I used a whip on controlled and got max melee in about 3 weeks (atk, str, def at the same time), from like atk/str/def/hp at around 75 each for any those wondering how long it takes.

But yes, like Wind said since you want to train strength now use that. It also has a +2 prayer bonus.

I think I just started playing RuneScape. All I remember is roaming around trying to figure out how to play the game. One of my earliest memories is going up the road into Varrock from (Lumbridge) and always getting KO'd by the mages at that altar.

Thanks for the update, if you could every one in a while that would be great. I honestly think about him every day. Wishing the best for him. Tell him I said FIGHT ON!

If it means anything to him, I'll send him my WG t-shirt when I get it in the mail. Anything to keep him in high spirits. We truly care about him and this means so much more than RuneScape.

For WG...a call to action. Let's all do some research and find things that would help Rammstein through this phase. Things like fruits he should eat, jokes or funny videos that will keep him in spirit.
