Actually one of the comments featured in a Yahoo Canada article said it could very well be a fire escape that connected to the kids room, based on the amount of steps of the staircase -- the height meant it was one story tall. That would mean there has to be an exit or exits, and the person that lived there could have entered another way.

Good to see an old face around. There will definitely be things going on for the holidays, as it's WG's 10th anniversary. SG (Silent Guardians), the non-pvp sister clan in RS3 is also gonna spike up in activity for bossing. Our 1st anniversary is also gonna be in January. Let me know!

I've about had it with this. Not only do I have issues with this personally, but it's been causing problems for a lot of SG applicants, therefore probably WG applicants as well.
It takes about 5 minutes to load the forums on my phone, just waiting for CloudFlare's loading wheel to spin.
Today, an in-game recruit applying for SG couldn't retrieve her application after I got her off Scape to write it. Well funny I'm the one who suggested CloudFlare, but it's getting fucking annoying. We really needed it then, do we still now?
