i've always been a big batman fan-girl. in the comics and even in the movies, the joker does things not because people deserve them, but to incite chaos. i think that's the whole point behind this.
in the comics, the joker always told officials (batman and police, etc) of his plans, knowing full well they couldn't stop them once they were already set in motion.

shit!!

Saw jcole live like 2 months ago, he came to umass to perform with third eye blind of all groups lolol

I like a few songs of his and a few of drakes, but I'm much more into more older sounding rap; nas, cunninlynguists, mos def, etc

i would've attened that show just to see third eye blind! and i love mos def and nas. biggie is great, too :p

whether or not you consider rap music, it can be pretty damn entertaining! at least to me

Yeah me and my friends all really went because of third eye blind, but we stuck around for jcole - he was actually pretty good too, even though i only knew the last song he played

The only thing I find odd about this case is that the guy booby trapped the shit out of his apartment with clear intention to kill anyone that entered, but plainly informed the police if he had done so. If he felt like killing so many people and acting out a specific comic, why didn't he just let them go in and blow themselves up? Unless that's what happened in the comic?

High reps low weight is definite for tone, that's all I really do if I go to the gym (I do 3 sets of 12-15 depending on the exercise) because i don't have a huge interest in gaining weight because it'll just make me run slower - running will make you beast also! When I first started my calves jumped from just regular to super muscular in almost no time at all!

I'm not really the one to ask about weightlifting exactly but running i'm definitely well acquainted with.

I really don't know anymore haha, I play modern warfare 3 a ton but I don't think it's my favorite. I really liked final fantasy 7 when I played it (12 was fun too even if the main character was the ugliest fuck in the world), and I really liked the ratchet & clank + jak & daxter series

Skinny fucker reporting in

Yeah you don't have to go into calorie cutting exactly, but lessen unhealthy food intake for sure. If you start to work out a shitload, a big key to weight loss is to NOT COMPENSATE; don't consume more food because you work out, unless you find that you actually do not have enough energy to work out efficiently - Once you're satisfied with your weight you can, I do it all the time now but from what I've heard it's a major help if you don't consume more because you do more. I've never had weight loss issues so I can't be a real valuable resource, but my dad has dropped over 50 pounds multiple times and it's important to exercise and eat right. You can go on many different websites to find out something that fits you perfectly. Play mad basketball and become a celtic, or run a shitload - swimming is awesome cardio too but running is doable at any time of the day really. I'm not a fitness pro but I can certainly outrun almost anyone i've met so you can trust me when I say that running will be a big help.

Oh and maybe sign up for something that you need to lose weight for if motivation's the issue. The only reason I even trained for my first marathon was that I signed up for it, realized there was no way I could do it and had to train my ass off in a super short time period. I'd say anything from a 10k up is a good goal if you actually pick up the running. Or maybe a sprint triathlon, I have one of those next weekend so i've been forced to train for that too.
