By the time I got to falador I had around 20 people following me.
I was like FUCKYEAH and added them to my clan's on-site memberlist.
Only ever saw 2 or 3 of them again.

I spent my entire bank getting turmoil and I haven't had a reason to properly use it yet.
WG's cutting back on our P2P a bit, so it's useful but not mandatory in terms of clans.
Unless you do a lot of P2P solo PvP, it really depends on if you can afford to burn the cash for it.
Don't forget, with the EoC prayer won't count towards combat level anymore.

I did a test on it.
I set up a new email account to register a new RS account.
It was completely unrelated to RS, and on a fairly obscure server.
I did not use it for anything else, and did not mention it anywhere or to anyone.
Within a week I was receiving these fake rs emails.

The clouds at the top of the Dominion Tower are definitely cumulus or possibly alto-cumulus, so I'm willing to bet those visible closest to the citadel are cirrus. These occur at between 16,000-39,000 feet, so I'd put citadels at at *least* 40,000. Even if my estimate is off, anything above 12,000 in the troposphere you'd need supplemental oxygen and by 25,000 hypoxia is imminent. Therefore, anyone who visits a citadel should fall into an irreversible coma after a few seconds.
