How to scale nutra campaigns?

I've been running some small campaigns in the nutra space, but I want to scale to $1k+ a day. What's the best way to do it—bigger budgets, more traffic sources, better offers? Also, are there affiliate networks that actually help with scaling, or do they just leave it up to you?
