Seems pretty quick since the last but there is another in February: http://services.runescape.com/m=news/double-xp-weekend---gameblast15---february-20th?jptg=ia&jptv=news_list

If it's like the last then if you have bonus XP it will be triple xp.

I think I have enough bonus xp to get 99 slayer if it's triple so that's what I'll do I think.

Well you are no where near 200mil in all skills so I'd say you have more work than any of us.
