How big, because I don't think it'll be possible to make it bigger without losing quality...
Converting it into .png will automatically improve quality a little bit.

Thing about resizing is you have to choose a point between sharpness and quality.
This is the best I could come up with at my level of skill.



Edit: Yep, it sucks.
This is the alternative: No alternative effects, just a resize with bicubic resample:
