Lmfao I sympathize with you. I hit like 151m the other day (my record) after 10 years of playing and I'm maxed. Well it's not even enough for the top gear I should be wearing and all. I've been broke my whole RS life other than the stack I have now...mainly cause I dumped it all on buyable skills as soon as I got some.
What I hear is the way now is just hard grinding of PvM, then when you get hundreds of mils you merch and flip with it. You take advantage of buying supplies before double exp weekends, when those supplies skyrocket, and also you can get rich by getting drops from new bosses (and also other new items?) when they first release. An example would be these new dyes which I'm not even sure what they do, black Santa Hat, etc. Ports is an easy way to make money, when you finish all the missions...and there's other easy/daily ways as well.
